This is an Existing House,

in need for some extra space and, moreover,

a bit of Architectural Poetry to the Home.

The Owner asked for new Master Bedroom, a Pool, a Gym and Gazebo.

In a neighborhood lacking elegant or high end public spaces,

creating a Courtyard is the most elegant strategy.

Just like one looking at the self... in a Dream.
